You choose where to post your survey. We can also clean your email list and send it via email, if you choose that option.
Get Your Results
Your custom report and KLT score are created and calculated from your survey results. You’ll receive Recommendations to increase your score. You use them as you see fit.

The KLT survey takes a fraction of the time as most feedback surveys that ask awkward questions like “if this person were an animal what animal would they be?” It focuses on the three aspects of business relationships that matter the most. The survey is also confidential and anonymous which means:
- Your survey takers can share their feedback without being known. We don’t save IP addresses, names, or contact information.
- Unlike many online review systems, your reviews are not posted publicly. They are yours to decide what you want to do with them.
Know
This aspect of the KLT report focuses on how effective you are at talking about yourself and/or your business or your services. Talking about yourself and your business is important to build trust, but there is a balance. Talking about YOU too much can reduce your “Like” score.
Like
This is the most controversial element of a KLT report. It is not meant to hurt feelings. To get the most out of this question it must not be taken personally. The phrase “Know Like Trust” is used quite often, but we rarely give attention to the “Like” element. Sometimes it’s hard to point out the elephant in the room but this feedback is very valuable and could be very impactful to you or your business. This aspect focuses on how effective you are at building relationships and considering others.
Trust
This aspect of the survey focuses on how effective you are at building long-term relationships, reliability, and communication.

Is my KLT Score made public?
No. Your KLT report, comments, and score are yours to save, share, post as you see fit. Know Like Trust does not publicize any of your results.
What is a KLT Report
A KLT report is created from the results of your KLT survey which is sent to your email list as well as available as a link to post on your social media and your email signature. It includes any comments that were sent by your contacts, your survey results and your KLT score.
What is included on a KLT survey?
There are four questions on a basic KLT survey: Do you know me? Do you know what I do? Do you like me? Do you trust me? There is also an option for the survey taker to include comments. It is possible to add more questions to a KLT survey or to customize any of these elements.
